Nitrogen separation membrane is a thin film made of polymer or inorganic materials, with a microporous structure. The size and shape of these micropores can be adjusted as needed to achieve selective permeation of specific gases. In nitrogen separation membranes, nitrogen molecules are relatively small and can penetrate through micropores, while other larger gas molecules are blocked on the membrane surface.
氮氣分離膜的工作原理可以分為兩個步驟：吸附和滲透。
The working principle of nitrogen separation membrane can be divided into two steps: adsorption and permeation.
是吸附過程。當氣體進入氮氣分離膜時，氣體分子與膜表面發(fā)生相互作用，其中一部分氣體分子會被吸附在膜表面。這個過程是可逆的，吸附的氣體分子可以重新進入氣相。
It is an adsorption process. When gas enters the nitrogen separation membrane, gas molecules interact with the membrane surface, and some of them are adsorbed on the membrane surface. This process is reversible, and the adsorbed gas molecules can re-enter the gas phase.
接下來是滲透過程。吸附在膜表面的氣體分子會通過膜的微孔滲透到另一側(cè)。由于氮氣分子相對較小，它們可以相對容易地通過微孔，而其他較大的氣體分子則被阻擋在膜表面。這種選擇性滲透使得氮氣可以被有效地分離出來。
Next is the infiltration process. Gas molecules adsorbed on the membrane surface will penetrate through the micropores of the membrane to the other side. Due to the relatively small size of nitrogen molecules, they can easily pass through micropores, while other larger gas molecules are blocked on the membrane surface. This selective permeation allows nitrogen to be effectively separated.
氮氣分離膜的分離效率取決于多個因素，包括膜材料的選擇、膜的厚度和微孔的尺寸等。不同的應用需要不同的膜材料和膜結(jié)構(gòu)來實現(xiàn)佳的分離效果。
